Ruling on the Custody Motion filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office in the case of Marko Plavšić et al. (S1 3 K 051385 25 Kpp), on 28 February 2025 the Court issued a Decision granting the Motion, and remanded the suspects Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković in custody, which according to the Decision may last for one month, i.e. until 27 March 2025, or until the Court of BiH issues a new decision, on the grounds set forth in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs b) and c), of the CPC BiH, in relation to Marko Plavšić, and in relation to Ljuban Vuković on the grounds set forth in Article 132(1)c) CPC BiH.

The suspects are charged with the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice under Article 241(2) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with Article 29 of the Code.
